Feature
SA-6070 aluminum paste is a special paste for the back field (BSF) of silicon solar photovoltaic cells. After the heat treatment process, the paste can form an Al-Si alloy layer with the silicon substrate to achieve good ohmic contact and strong adhesion. , The electrode is uniform and compact, not budding, and high conversion efficiency. 
SA-6070 is an environmentally friendly paste without pb and meets EU RoHS.

Instructions
Before use, pay attention to standing for more than 24 hours in a constant temperature environment (20-28°C) to ensure that the slurry returns to its normal state.
The recommended viscosity is 27-37 Pa·s (Brokfiled). If it is not within this range, it can be left standing for a longer time in an environment of 20°C-28°C, and then fully stirred.
Wire mesh: 250-280mesh
Drying: 120-180ºC/5-10min (circulating air oven), 180-250ºC/1-3min (IR belt oven)
Sintering: Peak temperature: 750-850ºC  Processing time (time above 700ºC): 3-5s
Note: Under normal circumstances, there is no need to add solvent to the slurry. If required by the process, terpineol can be added to adjust the viscosity to meet the requirements of the process.

Storage and shelf life
Store in a sealed and dark state, 10-25ºC, 6 months.
After the package is opened, try to use it up in a short time. If it is not used up once, it can be put into the bottle and used again next time.
